Ship time once an order is placed is normally 1-3 Business Days.  If you need same day shipping or any faster shipping option, please shop with one of our authorized dealers.  Most of our dealers offer same day shipping if the order is placed by a certain time and they also offer a wide range of shipping options that we do not.

We do not ship outside of the USA, our authorized dealers offer a full range of international shipping options.  

 

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items purchased directly from us within 30 days of the purchase date. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Your product is made for hard use.  It is guaranteed for life.  Not just your short pathetic life, but also that of whomever you hand it down to after you peter out from birthday poisoning, pissed off grizzlies or a slip-and-fall-bounce-and-croak.  Whatever.  So go ahead, try to outlive your new tool.  The gauntlet has been thrown.  We will warrant any product against manufacturing defects, materials, and construction with the exception of wooden handles. If you have a problem, drop us a line and we'll sort it out.  

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our Warranty does not cover normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper modification, or lack of maintenance.  Lost fasteners and hardware are not covered under warranty. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement. No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.

Wooden tomahawk handles are not covered under warranty.  With use, wooden handles may become a consumable item and require replacement.  

Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. American Tomahawk shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. American Tomahawk's liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
